I’ll work with you to pinpoint your interests, values and strengths, then we’ll dive into how those skills can help you pivot. From there, we’ll answer the question: What types of non-clinical roles are out there? 2. Identify your career path

5. Insider interview preparation
The interview is a crucial step in every job search, and the non-clinical interview is quite different from the process you’re used to. As a hiring manager, I have years of in-depth, inside knowledge on how the process works. We’ll review a comprehensive list of the possible questions you’ll be asked, when to follow up, and more. We’ll conduct live practice sessions that keep you on your toes. You’ll go in prepared, know exactly what to expect and will be prepared to handle whatever is thrown your way.
6. Navigate the offer

We’ll work through the decision-making process and how to identify whether or not a job is the right fit for you.
